Indiana Jones and the really slow and talky blockbuster…

So have you seen Indy yet? Or are you going over the weekend? Our own James R Whitson is having to wait a few days and I know he’s trying to keep spoiler-free, like someone trying to avoid the football results before watching a replay of the game.

In not wishing to spoil anyone’s fun, I’ll just say that several of my previous concerns seem to have been justified and that I ultimately found the film to be an inevitable disappointment - not badly made, but just unexpectedly run of the mill. Everyone turns up and does their thing, but it doesn’t hold a candle to the Indiana Jones of yesteryear.

It’s sure to spark an ongoing discussion in our Animated News & Views Forum…once you’ve checked out the man with the hat’s latest, why not drop in and express your views?

Stay tooned! - Ben.
